I have been with Red Rock Realty for two years, and chose this firm because it is locally owned and truly a part of the community. It is a company that fits my values and philosophy. The purchase or sale of a home is usually the biggest financial transaction of a person’s life, and I take this work very seriously.

As well as being a licensed Realtor®, I am an Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP™). I have completed (and continue to take) continuing education coursework specializing in preparing properties to sell. Once we have committed to working together, one of my services is to provide assistance in staging your home. Statistically, Staged Homes sell more quickly and for a better price than homes that are not staged. I can provide you with websites and videos regarding the home staging process. One of the premises of ASP™ is “How you live in your home, and how you sell your house are two different things.”

My educational background is in art (BFA, Texas State University, San Marcos), which has made home staging a natural addition to my services. My goal is to help you get your property in condition to realize the best possible offer.

A little about me: I worked for Pikes Peak Community College for 14 years before making a career change into real estate. I am the mother of two middle-school aged daughters who attend Manitou Springs Middle School, and provide taxi service for them and all of their activities. I am a member of First Congregational Church, Colorado Springs, a weekly volunteer at S-CAP (Southern Colorado AIDS Project), and I support Manitou Springs schools, Ecumenical Social Ministries Food Pantry, and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
