Tim Seehafer

I am a retired Military Officer with two graduate degrees and 20 years in the medical and intelligence field. I am a former Physician's Assistant and as an Intelligence Officer I have had assignments with CIA, DIA, NSA, State Department and OSIA. I have traveled the world and worked with people from all walks of life.

These prior occupational fields have allowed me to develop the social and personal skills needed for real estate and to be able to handle people's needs from all walks of life.

I am the Broker/Owner of Red Rock Realty and I have been in the real estate business for fourteen years. Before opening Red Rock Realty I owned a RE/Max franchise here in Colorado Springs.

Our office is much like your home might be. Intimate and comfortable feeling. Definitely not your standard office. We currently have over twelve agents to serve your real estate needs. My expertise in real estate lies in residential, commercial, new construction and land development. Our company also handles property management as well.

I pride myself on being a strong advocate for my clients and I am very service oriented. You will have my undivided attention and all my phone numbers for your immediate access to me. I specialize in crisis resolution and I take the adversarial process out of buying or selling your home.
