Property Management

Red Rock Realty is a full service property management company. We currently manage 73 properties from single family homes, to multifamily and town home complexes. We pride ourselves on being a management company that responds quickly to you and your tenants’ needs.

We want you to have the freedom of not having to deal with landlord issues or tenants contacting you day and night. Know that you receive a 1099 at the end of each tax year and or your taxes are filed on your behalf if you’re a Home Owner’s Association. Also, know that your state compliance forms are filed, all correspondence is handled, evictions are processed and repairs made in a timely manner.

We also handle all insurance claims from start to finish. We contract with all necessary vendors, for landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, electricians, plumbers etc.

Our management fees are quite competitive and our service is impeccable.
